Selects the maximum amount of time that the radio attempts to transmit a Common Air Interface (CAI) data packet. Once this time expires, the radio ceases to attempt transmissions. This selection applies when in CAI operation for all Trunking Systems and Trunking Personalities. Time is in seconds.
